My sincerest apology to those whose evening I fouled up tonight. Not particularly pleased after having been run over from behind on that final Race restart and being wrecked (I got through those previous), I was able to get the car back into controllable condition with enough speed to still run safely. Going into three, I saw traffic behind me in the mirror and, intent on staying high to keep clear of the lead lap cars in the bottom two grooves, I took my car too high and glanced off the leading edge of the "safer barrier", and though I cranked my wheel to the right, the prescribed proceedure, I still bounced down into the very same traffic I was attempting to avoid.
I offer no excuse for such poor performance. All I can and will do is try to not let it happen again.

I think you are just skeered. If you are skeered, just say so.
Hope to see you this week. |
